REAL-TIME PHONE BIDS

A tried and true method of buying sale cattle is by calling in on sale day. This is a traditional method of buying livestock and is the suggested process for anyone who does not have consistent, high-speed internet. We ask that you contact us ahead to discuss your needs and budget so we are ready and set to go on sale day. Please touch base with Joy, Cody, or any of our sale contacts on page 5 prior to sale. On sale day we will call you prior to sale of your selected lots.

ONLINE BIDDING - CLICK TO BID

DV Auction is a proven, secure and reliable way of bidding and buying in real-time during our sale. High speed internet is required for this option. Buyer numbers for online bidding will be issued through DV Auction prior to sale. Please follow instructions listed so you are ready to go at sale time. DV Auction representative Wade Fisher will be taking your bids. 1. Go to www.DVAuction.com and create an account under “create new account” tab. 2. Apply for bidding by clicking “apply for bidding” in the upper left corner of your screen at least 24 hours prior to auction. 3. Tune into the sale and make your purchases. USER FRIENDLY BULLS Certain bulls will be identified as UF – User Friendly – on the supplement sheet. Bulls selected as UF bulls have temperaments that appear to be docile under stress and pressure conditions. UF bulls are highly recommended for single bull buyers who handle bulls alone or in small areas. Town Creek Farm makes every attempt to properly identify these bulls and errs on the side of caution when making this determination. Cows and calves are scored for disposition at weaning. Temperamental animals are removed from the herd.

BIDDER REGISTRATION Buyer numbers are required to purchase cattle in the sale. One buyer number can be used to purchase heifers and bulls. Buyers may preregister online at www.TownCreekFarm.com or register upon arrival at sale site. ONLINE BIDDERS should register with, and receive buyer numbers from DV Auction at DVAuction.com.
