GPYC ’s fun and creative Culinary Experiences!
A
utumn is here – and the GPYC culinary team is ready to engage members with exciting offerings and experiences. The Kids’ Confection Connection will offer two themed packages every month – complete with sweet treats, toppings for decorating and even a kids’ chef hat. Cooking classes will offer a unique way to connect with the Club and fellow members. Weekly soup subscriptions, takehome pizza kits and curbside carryout will prove to be not just convenient, but delicious too. Sunday Brunch will be offered again starting October 4, and delicious Thanksgiving To Go packages will allow for all the joy of the holiday, without any of the mess in your kitchen. Look for QR codes on some of the packaging to learn more about the products and view instructions.

Kids’ Confection Connection
ooking for something fun to do with the kids? Our culinary staff has the perfect crafty treat for every age. GPYC will have two themed packages every month available to order – each package will include sweet treats, toppings to decorate them with and a kids’ chef hat. We will be offering the $18 packages bi-weekly, starting on Friday, September 25. Order forms will be available starting Wednesday the week before the pickup date and must be in by the end of business day on Tuesday for a Friday pickup. ith the weather cooling down, we have the perfect thing to warm you up! Get your favorite sweater and slippers ready…the culinary team will now offer your favorite soups to go! Each Sunday, a new menu will be available for pickup or delivery that will provide five gourmet soups and accoutrements to keep you feeling warm and cozy Monday through Friday! This subscription will be available starting the week of September 28. Sunday Brunch
erhaps no GPYC tradition is quite as beloved as Sunday Brunch. Starting October 4, members can once again gather at the GPYC (socially distanced, of course) for brunch in the Ballroom and Binnacle. Sous Chef John Moore will be rolling out the omelet station and many ala carte favorites will be available on our brunch menu. Brunch will be served every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. by reservation only. Please contact the Front Desk at (313) 884-2500 or switchboard@gpyc.org.
Pizza Take Home Kit
T
he culinary team at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club is eager to announce our very own take home pizza kits! Coming at the end of October we will be offering our members ready to-go pizzas as well as kits to create your own pizza masterpiece. The pizza will include high quality local ingredients unique to Michigan and detailed instructions making this a fun, easy, and delicious experience for the whole family.
