Landers Bay Resort & Spa, Vuda is a boutique resort, located on picturesque Vuda Beach, halfway between the townships of Nadi and Lautoka and only a short 20-minute drive to the Nadi International Airport. Vuda Point Marina is only a 5-minute drive from the resort offering guests easy access to the island resorts, fishing, sailing and cruising. With 27 spacious and tastefully appointed suites & bures, choose between the Hotel Suites located in the resorts main building and offering great views of the mountains to the Garden Villas (either Duplexed or Standalone) set in the resort's lush gardens and the luxurious Beachfront Villas set near the beach with direct access to the ocean and featuring their own private plunge pool. The resorts Restaurant with its fabulous views of the beach serves up a wide selection of inspired dishes including freshly caught seafood and with a large covered outdoor deck area, you can also dine alfresco style.
Guests can while away the sunny days at the resort’s massive beachfront pool with its own swim-up bar, while the more adventurous can talk to the team on the Tour Desk to book anything from a dive charter or jet-ski safaris to surfing or an island safari. If you’re looking for some relaxing, the on-site Day Spa provides the ultimate pampering experience. The resort offers a personalized and friendly Fijian service that caters to adults only.

1. All changes to reservations must also be made in writing and confirmed back by reservations.

Cancellations & No- Show Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Landers Bay Resort & Spa will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation in writing. If the wholesaler does not receive a cancellation confirmation from Landers Bay Resort & Spa it will be considered that no such cancellation has been received and the wholesaler will be charged accordingly
Cancellations received outside 30 days prior to arrival, no charge.
Cancellations 21-30 days of arrival, a 1-night fee of room type booked applies
Cancellations 14-21days of arrival, a 50% fee of full stay of room type booked applies
Cancellations 7-14days of arrival, a 100% fee of full stay of room type booked applies
No shows and non- arrivals and early departures will be subject to 100% penalty
Force Majeure
Landers Bay Resort & Spa shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of status of Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Resort. Landers Bay Resort & Spa reserves the right at any time by giving notice in writing to cancel this arrangement should the company fail to fulfil the above terms & conditions.
Payment Policy
Wholesaler nett rates are provided subject to Resort Credit Policies and are subject to a satisfactory payment record at the Resorts discretion
Pre-payment in the form of cleared funds is required in full, prior to guest arrival, for new / non -approved Wholesalers. Failure to do so will result in the guest being charged at check-in
Invoice payment policy - (must be approved & confirmed in writing by the Resort otherwise pre-payment policy applies)
Wholesalers will be invoiced by Landers Bay Resort & Spa at the end of each month Full payment must be received by the Resort by the 20th of the following month. A copy of the bank transfer emailed to Landers Bay Resort & Spa will be acceptable as proof payment has been dispatched.
