McCrae House

What

Guelph was home for John McCrae (1872-1918), doctor, soldier and author of the famous First World War poem In Flanders Fields. His birthplace, the McCrae house is a small limestone cottage, with beautifully maintained award winning gardens. Visit this piece of Canadian history open daily 1-5 p.m. during the summer months.
