Appetizingly Yours Events and Catering

Ingrid von Cube the President and Creative Director, of Appetizingly Yours (AY) has been servicing Guelph and the surrounding area for the past 20 years. AY partners with a network of farmers and suppliers to provide clients with daily deliveries of the freshest seasonal ingredients, from organic produce to naturally raised meats. Artisanale Café & Bistro

Yasser Qahawish, Chef/owner of Artisanale is extremely passionate about French food and culture. He has trained with top chefs in Toronto, Montreal and at a few Michelin-rated restaurants in France.

Borealis Grille Jim Loat attended chef school and trained intensively as an apprentice at various restaurants, earning an Honours degree in Hotel and Food Administration. He has made appearances in magazines, cookbooks, television and radio.

Currently Jim is head chef at the Borealis Grille, Guelph’s first Savour Ontario restaurant. The concept features local Ontario products almost exclusively on the menus and wine lists. We insist on things like 100% Canadian grown two-row barley malt, English hops, a continually cultured strain of yeast and Arkell Springs water.

Since our brewery opened in 1985, we’ve even insisted that our fine English Ales have to be brewed using English brewing equipment. Ours was built by Hickley of London specifically for Wellington Brewery.
