General - Price includes all booking fees for Touring Treasures, and Touring Treasures Representative will be on site to ensure smooth operations of all events. - We require a list of all passenger names, flights, weights, dietary requirements by the 14th November. - Transfer Vehicles – a combination of Mercedes V Class and Mercedes Sprinters will be available to swiftly move all passengers in a staggered fashion to allow early departures and late arrivals. - Our transfers have an exclusive special permit to access the Marlin Marina fingers to bring guests closer to the door of the Super Yacht. - We require all names and weights of passengers in advance for the Helicopters. Please advise if you wish for certain guests to travel together, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note, due to safety regulations for weight disbursement we may not be able to honour all requests. - Helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions. In the event they are unable to fly, then we have back up transfers available. If this is the case, we could still offer drinks @ 3-4.30 pm @ The Salt House, and the do a road transfer to NuNu Restaurant @ 4.45pm, arriving by 5.15pm. - The landing permit next to Nu Nu Restaurant is still unconfirmed and may take up to 4 weeks for confirmation from the Cairns Regional Council. In the event the permit is not approved, the guests will complete their scenic flight and return to the Cairns Pier. We will transfer the guests from Cairns to Palm Cove by vehicles after their scenic flights. - Any change in guest numbers may change the final price - Prices are subject to change until final payments are made.
Touring Treasures Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at any time, the following cancellation policy applies: 25% Deposit is non-refundable + Supplier Penalty Costs Cancelled components after departure are subject to 100% cancellation fees. Please note, each supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, transfer operator etc), has their own individual Payment and Cancellation Policies. We will endeavour to recover any supplier costs in your favour but will only process the refund once we have received the funds back from the supplier.
COVID 19 Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is due to Government direction, Touring Treasures will retain a 15% Deposit and hold as credit for up to 1 year from the date of cancellation to be used again for any services that Touring Treasures offers. If you decide to cancel as a precaution, and no government direction has been imposed, full Standard Cancellation Penalties will apply.

In addition to Touring Treasures Policies, please note that each supplier we use have different terms and conditions for which we must abide by.
Helicopters:
If you are to cancel, the following refunds apply:
Standard Cancellation Policy: 48 hours +: 100% Refund 24-48 hours: 50% Refund Under 24 Hours: No refund

Standard Cancellation Policy: 60+ days: $200 per person penalty 22-60 Days: 30% of charter cost Under 21 Days: 50% of charter cost COVID 19 Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is due to Government direction, 100% of the charter is refundable. However, any perishables already ordered may be charged. To be reviewed on date of cancellation.
If you decide to cancel as a precaution, and no government direction has been imposed, full Cancellation Penalties will apply.
Nu Nu Restaurant:
If you are to cancel, the following costs apply:
Standard Cancellation Policy: 14 Days +: 10% Deposit Under 14 Days: 10% Deposit plus any perishable items to be reviewed at time of cancellation. COVID 19 Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is due to Government direction, your deposit will be held in credit for a new date pending availability within 12 months, + $500 administration fee.
Cancellations inside 14 days will incur a $1500 cost to cover any perishable items ordered for the event. To be reviewed on the date of cancellation. If you decide to cancel as a precaution, and no government direction has been imposed, full Cancellation Penalties will apply.
