This key piece of ‘visualizing the end result’ is something that can be done with expert designers right here in Collierville. “We opened our showroom as a true one-stop shopping experience,” shares Designer Wholesale owner, Justin Herter. “Our customers can use our onsite interior designers, at no charge to them, to help them be intentional when it comes to finding all the materials needed for their kitchen or bathroom remodel.”

Bathesheba Sams used the Designer Wholesale showroom to make selections for her kitchen. Sams chose her new kitchen cabinets — described as a “vanilla bean” color — and hardware from the Designer Wholesale showroom. Designer Wholesale Designer, Steven Clement, helped Sams visualize the final remodel during their ‘design and selection’ meeting with a 3D rendering. “Keeping things neutral like Bathsheba wanted is a timeless option,” shares Clement, “so later she can decorate with pops of color to update the space and make it feel fresh and new. I’m a big proponent of the 3D renderings, because not many people have the ability to visualize the space. It’s a lot less expensive to make a change to an image in the program, than it is to install everything and have regrets. Custom cabinetry and furniture can transform your space, creating a statement the room deserves. Sams’ dining room table and the kitchen island were both custom built. The island itself is mobile, with ample storage space in the form of large drawers. “The kitchen didn’t really have enough room for [an island], but I wanted one. So, they built a moveable one. I’ve slid it down to the end of the kitchen and served charcuterie off of it,” explained Sams. These custom pieces for Sams were locally built. “Unlike big box stores, the options with us are endless and custom for your space,” shares Clement. “For Bathsheba, the stain on the kitchen table and bench perfectly match the cabinetry stain. Having the ability to make custom furniture and millwork for our clients allows us to truly finish out the space.”
