Welcome to the Philippines Stretching across more than 7,000 tropical islands, the Philippines is one of Southeast Asia’s most diverse and rewarding destinations. Here you’ll discover everything from powder-soft white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters to dramatic mountain landscapes, lush rainforests, vibrant cities and a rich cultural heritage shaped by centuries of Asian, Spanish and American influence. While the Philippines is renowned for its idyllic island escapes, there is so much more waiting to be explored. Marvel at the spectacular Banaue Rice Terraces, carved into the mountains over 2,000 years ago by the Ifugao people. Wander the historic cobblestone streets of Intramuros, Manila’s beautifully preserved Spanish colonial district, or experience the colour and energy of the famous MassKara Festival in Bacolod. Nature lovers can explore the pristine coral reefs of the UNESCO World Heritagelisted Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, admire the remarkable Chocolate Hills of Bohol, or discover the fascinating hanging coffins of Sagada, a centuries-old burial tradition of the local Kankanaey people. From the scenic beauty of Taal Volcano to the world-famous white sands of Boracay, every region offers its own unique character and unforgettable experiences. Perhaps the country’s greatest attraction, however, is its people. Warm, welcoming and renowned for their genuine hospitality, Filipinos make every journey feel personal. Combined with vibrant local cuisine, colourful jeepneys, lively festivals and breathtaking natural beauty, the Philippines offers an unforgettable holiday unlike anywhere else in Asia.

Travelling Tips Philippines Best Time to Visit the Philippines: The Philippines is a year-round destination, although the most popular time to visit is between November and May when the weather is generally drier and ideal for sightseeing and island-hopping. Temperatures typically range between 24°C and 31°C.

Visa Free Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Please check the latest entry requirements before travelling. Your passport must generally be valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date.

Currency & ATMs: The local currency is the Philippine Peso. Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club) are accepted at hotels, better restaurants and even most

supermarkets. When you are out on the street market you will need local currency. Most ATMs on the island have an English language option and accept Visa, Mastercard and Cirrus.

Electricity The Philippines uses 220V electricity. Most power outlets accept two-pin flat plugs. While adaptors are often available from hotels, we recommend bringing your own universal travel adaptor.

Travelling Around Being an island nation, Domestic flights and Public Ferries are the most common and convenient ways to travel between destinations.

How to get there? Major international airlines operate regular services to Manila and Cebu from Australia via key Asian hubs. Our destination specialists or your preferred travel advisor can recommend the most suitable airfare for your itinerary.

Booking Conditions

It is important that you read and understand the following conditions before making your booking. Your Holiday Contract: The following Booking Conditions form the basis of the agreement between you and TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS (PTY) Limited (“TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these conditions carefully before making a booking. By requesting us to confirm your booking, you acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to review these Booking Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These conditions apply to all holiday arrangements that you book with us and that we agree to arrange, provide, or perform as part of our contract with you. In these Booking Conditions, the term “holiday package” refers to any tour, excursion, short tour, accommodation, or other travel-related services booked through TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. 1. Governing law: These booking conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, for bookings made and paid for in Australia, and by the laws of New Zealand for bookings made and paid for in New Zealand. Claims against overseas suppliers may be subject to their contractual terms and the laws of the country in which the services are provided. 2. Confirmation of Services: Acceptance of a quotation or submission of a booking request does not guarantee the availability of any flights, tours, accommodation, or other travel services requested. All services are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation and an invoice for payment from TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. 3. Booking, Deposit and Final Payments: A nonrefundable deposit of $500 per person is required within 7 days of booking confirmation, unless an earlier payment date applies. Passenger names must match their passports exactly, including all middle names, and a valid passport copy must be provided at the time of booking. Certain travel arrangements may require a higher deposit, which can be up to 50% or more of the total booking value. Deposit requirements may also vary for special promotions or offers. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to cancel bookings, decline travel services, or withdraw quoted prices if payments are not received by the applicable due dates. In addition, travel services may become unavailable or prices may change, and any resulting increase in cost will be payable by you. We cannot be held responsible if services are withdrawn or become unavailable. Final payment is generally due 60 to 90 days prior to departure, or by the date shown on your invoice, whichever occurs first. Bookings made within 90 days of departure, or with a value of less than $500, must be paid in full at the time of booking. If a reservation cannot be confirmed, all monies paid will be refunded. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please note that any payments made by credit or debit card are subject to an additional processing fee. 4. Tailor-Made Quotations: For Tailor-made holidays, the first two itinerary quotations are provided complimentary. Thereafter, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS may charge a nonrefundable planning fee of $100 per person or more, which will be credited towards your booking and deducted from the final balance if you proceed with the reservation. 5. Tour Pace & Fitness Requirements: Our tours require a reasonable level of fitness and the ability to move around attractions independently. Some itineraries may include extended walking, cycling, or other physical activities. Tour fitness levels are outlined in the itinerary. Please ensure you meet the stated requirements and contact us if you require further information. 6. Price Guarantee: Prices mentioned in the brochure are based on low-season rates and exchange rates current as of 1 July 2026 and may change without notice prior to booking confirmation. Variations may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes and charges, fuel surcharges, airline costs, supplier increases, special offers, or force majeure events. Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking and held for any applicable period. Once full payment has been received by TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS, the price is guaranteed, except for governmentimposed taxes, levies, or costs arising from force majeure events. Package prices are based on payment by direct bank transfer. Low-season periods vary by destination and may be influenced by weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other local factors. 7. Amendments: If you wish to change any part of your holiday arrangements after your invoice has been issued, we will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, changes may not always be possible. Where permitted, amendments to confirmed bookings will incur a $50 administration fee per change, plus any applicable fare differences, supplier charges, airline fees, or cancellation penalties. Unless a specific fare is requested, airfares are issued at the lowest available fare and are generally non-refundable and non-changeable. 8. Cancellations/Transfer of Booking: If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply: • 90 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit. • 89 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost. • 59 to 45 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.

Any advice or assurances provided by suppliers or staff outside Australia/New Zealand are not binding unless confirmed in writing by TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. 9. Cancellation, Changes to Stopover and Ticketed Airfares: A $50 per person administration fee applies to any airfare cancellation or change, in addition to any airline fees, penalties, fare differences, or non-refundable charges. Once airline tickets have been issued, changes and cancellations may incur additional costs, and some fares may not be refundable. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or resulting travel disruptions. 10. Passengers Needing Special Assistance: TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS welcomes guests with disabilities and special requirements; however, some tours may not be suitable for all guests. To help us assess the suitability of a tour and make appropriate arrangements, you must provide full details of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, fitness concerns, or special requirements at the time of query. Any changes to this information must be advised as soon as possible and before departure. Guests who require personal assistance, including wheelchair support, assistance with walking, dressing, or other daily activities, must travel with a companion who can provide the required care and support. While TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements, we cannot guarantee that all services and facilities will be accessible. We are not responsible for any limitations, restrictions, or refusal of service by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, restaurants, or other service providers. Additional support services, where available, may incur extra charges and must be arranged in advance. Please note that coaches, minibuses, and trains used on our tours may not be equipped with wheelchair-accessible facilities. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to decline or withdraw participation in a tour where a guests health, mobility, or support requirements cannot be reasonably accommodated. In such cases, our standard booking conditions will apply. 11. Not Included in the Tour Cost: The tour price does not include visa and passport fees, vaccinations, medical expenses, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, additional meals, minibar purchases, room service, optional tours and excursions, laundry, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, postage, telephone calls, internet access, non-collectable taxes, personal expenses, or any items and services not specifically listed as included in your tour quotation or itinerary. 12. Cancellation by TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS: All tours operate with the minimum number of guests specified in the tour itinerary. While cancellations are rare, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where practicable, offer an alternative tour or travel arrangement of a similar standard and value. If the alternative arrangements are not acceptable, you will receive a refund of all monies paid to TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS, less any non-refundable airline, supplier, or third-party charges that have already been incurred. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS is not liable for any additional expenses, losses, or costs arising from the cancellation of a tour, including travel arrangements booked independently by the guest. 13. Special Deals and Multi Tour Discounts: Multi-tour discounts apply to the lowest-priced tour package when two or more eligible tours are booked together. Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per booking and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to amend or withdraw any special offer or discount at any time without prior notice. 14. Errors and Omissions: TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, omissions, or inaccuracies relating to tours, services, or quotations

and will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. Hotel descriptions are based on information provided by our suppliers and are subject to change without notice. Maps, photographs, and other images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent actual routes, locations, facilities, accommodation, or services. Images of hotel rooms are representative only and may not reflect the specific room allocated during your stay. 15. Accommodation and Bedding Configuration: Accommodation is based on the lead-in standard room category specified in your itinerary unless otherwise stated. Requests for double or twin bedding will be forwarded to the hotel; however, specific bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check-in. Single rooms may be smaller than double or twin rooms and can vary between properties. Triple rooms generally consist of a double bed with an additional rollaway mattress, sofa, or foldaway bed for the third guest, which may reduce available space within the room. Please note that some hotels, particularly those catering to couples and honeymooners, may only offer double beds. In these cases, twin-bed arrangements may not be available, even if requested. All room allocations and bedding configurations are determined by the hotel and remain subject to availability at the time of arrival. 16. Special Requests: If you have any special requests, such as dietary requirements, preferred room location, twin or double bedding, specific hotel facilities, airline seat preferences, or special meal requests, you must advise us at the time of booking. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS will forward your request to the relevant supplier, such as the hotel, airline, or other service provider; however, we cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. We also recommend that any airline seating or dietary requests be reconfirmed directly with the airline once your tickets have been issued. All special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. The inclusion of a special request on your booking confirmation, invoice, or other travel documents does not constitute confirmation that the request will be provided and does not form part of your contract with TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. 17. Health and Fitness Requirements: A reasonable level of health and fitness is required to participate in TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS holiday packages. Some tours involve extended periods of walking, climbing stairs, and boarding or disembarking coaches, boats, cruise vessels, and trains. Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet any health requirements applicable to the destinations visited and should consult their doctor regarding their suitability to travel. If you or a member of your party has a medical condition, disability, or any health-related concern that may affect your travel arrangements, full details must be provided to us in writing before booking. You must also notify us promptly of any changes to your health after your booking has been confirmed that may impact your ability to participate in the tour. In the interests of the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all guests, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a guests participation in a tour where a physical or psychological condition significantly affects the guest or other members of the group. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the tour. While reasonable assistance will be offered where possible, guests remain responsible for managing their own medical, dietary, and personal requirements. Disclosure of any medical condition does not create any liability on the part of TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS should the condition worsen or affect the guests ability to participate in any aspect of the tour. 18. Travelling with Children: Where a hotel offers a “child stays free” promotion, this generally applies when two adults occupy and pay for the room, with the child sharing existing bedding. Extra beds are typically not included, and additional charges may apply for meals, bedding, or other services requested for the child. If a child occupies a separate room, the room will be charged at the applicable adult rate. Child fares may be available on request and are subject to the individual tour and supplier conditions. For safety and operational reasons, children under 16 years of age are permitted on private tours only and are not permitted on group tours. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the care, supervision, health, safety, and wellbeing of their children throughout the journey. 19. Passport, Visas and Vaccinations: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of and comply with all passports, visas, vaccinations, health, and entry requirements applicable to the countries you visit or transit through. You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents and meeting all government regulations, requirements, and health protocols. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS and your travel agent are not responsible for obtaining passports, visas, vaccinations, or other travel documentation on your behalf and accept no liability for any loss, costs, delays, denied boarding, or refusal of entry resulting from your failure to meet these requirements.

20. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included in your holiday package. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering journey cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, loss of luggage, travel delays, airline disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, expense, damage, injury, cancellation costs, or additional charges incurred during your holiday. Any costs arising from cancellations, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events remain the responsibility of the guest and should be covered by appropriate travel insurance. 21. Local Laws: All guests are required to comply with the laws, regulations, and requirements of the countries visited during their tour. Failure to do so may result in the guest being denied services, removed from the tour, or subject to action by local authorities. In such circumstances, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS will not be responsible for any resulting costs, losses, or disruptions and may be released from any obligations under these Booking Conditions. 22. Behaviour: All guests are responsible for ensuring that they, and any members of their party, conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the tour. Behaviour that causes offence, danger, disruption, distress to others, or damage to property will not be tolerated. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS and its suppliers, including hotels, airlines, tour guides, drivers, and other service providers, reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a guests participation in the tour if their behaviour is considered unacceptable. In such circumstances, our obligations to that guest will cease immediately. No refunds, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided for any unused services or expenses incurred as a result of such conduct. The guest will also be responsible for any loss, damage, costs, penalties, or expenses incurred by TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS or its suppliers arising from their behaviour. 23. Luggage Allowance: While TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS does not impose a luggage limit on tours, we recommend that each guest bring no more than one suitcase weighing up to 30kg, together with any essential carry-on items, to ensure ease of travel between destinations. If your itinerary includes flights, baggage allowances will be subject to the policies of the operating airline and may vary depending on the carrier, route, fare type, and booking class. As airline baggage policies can change, guests are responsible for checking their baggage allowance directly with the airline before departure. Any excess baggage charges imposed by an airline or other transport provider are the responsibility of the guest. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS accepts no liability for baggage fees, loss, theft, damage, or delays. All luggage and personal belongings are carried at the owner’s risk. 24. Variations: While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our itineraries, accommodation, pricing, and tour information, changes may be necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodation, sightseeing, transportation, or other tour arrangements where required and will notify you of any significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Where necessary, hotels may be substituted with alternative accommodation of a similar standard and category. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS also reserves the right to update or amend these Booking Conditions from time to time. Any material changes affecting your booking will be communicated to you as soon as possible. 25. Travel Documentation: To ensure your travel arrangements can be processed and finalised, all payments must be received by the applicable due date. Travel documentation will generally be issued approximately two (2) weeks prior to departure, provided all outstanding payments have been received. Requests for the early release of travel documents may be considered; however, this cannot be guaranteed and will only be processed once full and final payment has been received from all guests included in the booking. To avoid any travel disruptions or confusion, all guests are required to carry the final travel documentation issued by TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS throughout their journey. 26. Travel Agent Responsibilities: Please note that itineraries, accommodation, and inclusions may occasionally change due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control. Travel agents are responsible for carefully reviewing all booking confirmations, amendments, and final travel documents before providing them to clients. If clarification is required, agents should contact the TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reservations team. Travel agents are also responsible for ensuring that clients receive and understand all relevant booking information, travel documentation, and the applicable TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS Booking Conditions. It is the responsibility of both the travel agent and the guest to ensure that the correct travel documents are held prior to departure. 27. Passenger’s Responsibility: While TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS takes great care in selecting accommodation

to ensure a comfortable stay, accommodation standards and facilities may vary between destinations, regions, and countries. As many arrangements are confirmed well in advance, guests are responsible for advising us at the time of booking of any concerns or potential requests to change accommodation included in the itinerary. Changes requested after confirmation may be subject to availability and additional charges. Guests are also responsible for ensuring that full payment for their booking is made by the due date through the travel agent or booking source through which the tour was reserved. 28. Pre-Departure Information: We strongly recommend that all guests review our pre-departure information, which contains important travel advice and answers to frequently asked questions. If you require further clarification about any aspect of your tour, please contact us prior to departure. 29. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas and is prohibited in hotels, coaches, vehicles, trains, cruise vessels, restaurants, and other enclosed public spaces, in accordance with local laws and supplier policies. 30. Air Tickets and Seat Allocation: Frequent flyer points may not be available on all airfare types. Advance seat allocation is not included unless specifically stated and may be subject to airline policies and additional charges. Flight schedules, seat assignments, and cancellations are controlled by the airline and remain outside the control of TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. 31. Refusal of Carriage: TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to refuse, remove, or terminate a guests participation in a tour where their behaviour, health, or conduct affects the safety, comfort, wellbeing, or enjoyment of other guests or staff. This includes, but is not limited to, disruptive behaviour, medical or mental conditions that prevent participation, or the possession of prohibited substances or materials. No refund or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. 32. Gratuities and Tipping: While tipping practices vary around the world, gratuities are customary in many of the destinations we visit and often form an important part of local service providers’ income. Recommended tipping guidelines for Tour Managers, tour guides, and drivers are included in the pre-departure information. These amounts are intended as a guide only, and guests may tip more at their discretion. We also recommend carrying small denominations of local currency for porters, waiters, drivers, and other service providers where tipping is customary. 33. Personal Belongings and Lost Property: For security reasons, passengers are advised to keep valuables to a minimum and carry important items such as medications, cameras, electronic devices, and personal documents in their hand luggage. Guests are solely responsible for always safeguarding their belongings and should ensure they hold adequate travel insurance to cover loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 34. Changes to Itinerary Arrangements: While every effort is made to operate tours as published, circumstances beyond our control may require changes to itineraries, accommodation, transport, or sightseeing arrangements. Such changes may result from factors including road closures, public holidays, weather conditions, flooding, low water levels, supplier changes, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover disruptions of this nature, as TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS is not liable for any direct or indirect costs resulting from events beyond our control. Published itineraries are intended as a guide only and may be amended at short notice. Local Tour Managers and local guides are responsible for the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of the group, and guests are required to follow their reasonable instructions. No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our control. 35. Shopping and Other Services: Shopping at local markets and bazaars can be an enjoyable part of your holiday experience. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS do not endorse or recommend any particular shops, markets, or vendors, and neither our staff nor representatives can guarantee the quality, value, or authenticity of goods purchased during your journey. Any purchases made are entirely at the guests discretion and risk. Similarly, any leisure activities, tours, or services undertaken during your free time that are not included in your booked itinerary are your own responsibility, and TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS accepts no liability for their suitability, quality, safety, or outcome. 36. Seatbelts and Child Seats: Where fitted, seatbelts are provided in accordance with local regulations, and passengers are strongly encouraged to always use them while the vehicle is in motion. If travelling with infants or young children, child seats may be available in selected destinations and must be requested at the time of booking. Availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to local supplier arrangements. Guests wishing to bring their own child seat are responsible for ensuring their suitability and compatibility with the transport provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or non-use of seatbelts, child seats, or transport services.

37. Complaints and Claims: Any issues, concerns, or complaints relating to travel services must be reported immediately to the relevant supplier (including, but not limited to, the hotel, airline, cruise line, tour operator, or ground service provider) at the time the issue arises, to provide the supplier with an opportunity to resolve the matter promptly. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS as soon as reasonably practicable during your travel arrangements. Any claim for compensation, refund, or reimbursement must be submitted in writing to TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS within 25 days of the completion of your travel arrangements and must be accompanied by supporting documentation, including receipts, photographs, correspondence, and any reports provided to or by the relevant supplier. Failure to notify the supplier immediately where the issue could reasonably have been resolved at the time, and/or failure to notify TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS within a reasonable period, may limit our ability to investigate the matter and may affect, reduce, or invalidate any entitlement to compensation or other remedies. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS acts solely as an agent for independent third-party travel suppliers and does not guarantee the performance of their services. Any claim arising from the acts, omissions, or failures of a supplier will be governed by that supplier’s terms and conditions and any applicable laws. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable assistance in pursuing a claim with the relevant supplier; however, we accept no liability for matters beyond our control or for services provided by independent suppliers. Payment of a deposit and/or final payment constitutes acceptance of these Complaints and Claims Conditions and the full Terms and Conditions of TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS. 38. Liability Disclaimer: Guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the services, facilities, locations, and terms and conditions of all third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, restaurants, and attractions, before travel. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS acts as an intermediary between guests and independent suppliers and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, omission, or negligence arising from the acts or omissions of these suppliers. While we will make every reasonable effort to operate tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodation, transport, or other services where necessary. No refunds will be provided for unused services included in the tour price. All information, pricing, and descriptions are believed to be accurate at the time of publication; however, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Force Majeure events. 39. Privacy and Consent: We collect personal information to process and manage your booking and, unless you opt out, provide information about products, services, and promotions that may be of interest to you. By participating in our tours, you consent to the possible use of photographs or videos in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, website, or advertising purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. All personal information is handled in accordance with the TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS Privacy Policy, available on our website. 40. Force Majeure: Force Majeure means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS that could not have been anticipated, avoided, or prevented by the exercise of reasonable care. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, bushfires, extreme weather conditions, floods, government actions, travel advisories or restrictions, border closures, changes to laws or regulations, and any other event that materially affects the provision of travel services. If a Force Majeure event impacts or prevents the operation of your travel arrangements, TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS reserves the right to cancel, amend, delay, substitute, or otherwise modify any part of the booking as reasonably necessary. Any refund, credit, or additional costs will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers and will take into account any unrecoverable costs, charges, or expenses already incurred. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS accepts no liability for any loss, damage, additional expense, delay, inconvenience, or disruption arising directly or indirectly from a Force Majeure event. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that provides adequate cover for cancellation, disruption, medical expenses, and other losses resulting from unforeseen events beyond their control. 41. Consular Advice: We strongly recommend that all guests review the latest travel advisories, health information, and entry requirements issued by the relevant government authorities before booking and again prior to departure. It is the guests responsibility to stay informed of any updates that may affect their travel plans.
