Blueprint: The story of the shipping industry is heavily redacted. It operates in an autonomous space, shielded by Sea Blindness. This publication gives a critical overview of shipping in Bergen, the North Sea and beyond, reporting on import/export relations, flags of convenience, vessel types, beaching, pollution and interviews with the public. [REDACTED] is the result of investigations into Bergen's shipping industry, carried out by students at Bergen School of Architecture in the course: Explorations in Ocean Space II – Vest Land North Sea Blueprints, Autumn 2020, in collaboration with Bergen Kunsthall.
