APPLICATION
Metal Detectable Nitrile Gloves are developed by incorporating a food safe metal additive with magnetic properties to prevent product contamination that may incur costly product recalls.
This technology helps users mainly in the F&B industry to detect and discard products contaminated with glove fragments to ensure the products are safe to be released to your customers.
This is done with a specially equipped metal detector machine, set at a frequency ranging from 50kHz to 1MHz and a detection sensitivity of an iron ball 0.7mm in diameter, or an stainless steel ball 1.0mm in diameter, or non ferrous ball 0.8mm in diameter, where the fragment size detection can vary from as small as 5mm x 5mm to the entire glove.
