PLEASE DESCRIBE THE HISTORY OF IAMS POWERHOUSE CONSULTING AND WHAT LED TO YOU DECIDING TO START THE COMPANY?

I was inspired by my observation in the corporate world, that the organisations that thrive are those with great leaders, so I founded a business that enables and develops leadership capability. We all know great leaders who have influenced our careers and the course of our lives. Africa is the next economic hub and frontier. As a continent we have the youngest and most dynamic population in the world. Which presents the opportunity to develop leaders and help grow businesses.
