Having experienced the immigration and home buying process firsthand, Hervé believes strongly in helping other immigrants do the same. “It’s a very confusing time and the way things are done here can be very different than what other countries do,” he explains.

With a big heart for his community, Hervé recently participated in a local food drive and plans to start volunteering at a food bank two times per week. “Connecting with the community and serving people locally is very important to me,” he says. Of course, most of the rest of Hervé’s time is spent with his wife and his son, who was born in 2021.

As he looks to the future of his business, Hervé has plans for expansion to help more immigrants find homes in the Seattle area. He also wants to attract more sellers to balance out his business and continue to grow as an agent.

Providing value to people and helping them understand what it means to own real estate is why Hervé got into this business.

“I want the world to be a bright place. I want that for me, for my wife and son, for my clients, for my parents and siblings, for my friends, and for the people working in my office. First, think about when you are alone each day.
