As far as her marketing outreach goes, Tabitha says social media and videos of listings are the most effective these days. “I try to have the best video Reels on Instagram to keep the properties top of mind for my clients,” she explains.

While Tabitha stays busy with work, she spends most of her spare time with her four-year-old daughter. She also loves going to her local F45 gym every morning, which she says is a supportive and fun community.

As she plans for the future of her business, Tabitha has goals to increase her sales volume primarily to be able to help more people. Whether representing home buyers or sellers, she’s working towards giving clients the best
