She always hires a professional photographer to take high quality photos of the listing. “We don’t modify our photos and we take pride in that,” she says. Dustin creates a virtual tour, as well as a designated website for each property. He also lists each property on the MLS, as well as all the major real estate websites and conducts a thorough marketing campaign on social media. “We find the marketing we are doing on social media is very effective for us,” Michelle says. She also reaches out to other top agents in the area to ask if they might have a buyer who is a match.
