After listing a personal property in Lake George, New York for-saleby-owner 20 years ago, Julie Snyder began to seriously consider becoming a REALTOR®. The property sold within hours, sparking not only the elation of a quick sale, but a prolonged interest in real estate. Having previously worked in consultancy, Julie decided to make the move into a full-time career as a REALTOR® a year later. Her career in the industry has blossomed ever since, resulting in a reputation for success backed by her high level of integrity and strong work ethic. Throughout her career, Julie has received numerous honors for achievement including the Woman’s Council of REALTORS®, Platinum Sales Performer and Homes of Distinction Specialist, and National Sales Excellence Award distinguishing her as in the top 5% of REALTORS® in the nation from

The Realty Alliance. Additionally, she has won awards from the Post Star, including the Best Real Estate Agent in her region multiple years in a row.

Today, Julie covers the areas in and around the Adirondack Region of New York, including Glens Falls, Queensbury, Lake George, Bolton Landing, and Saratoga. As a New York native, she has a strong network with around 95% of her business now coming from repeat and referral clients. “With my years of experience and knowledge of the area, my clients and I decide on the best price and conditions for every transaction. We’re working together for the best possible outcome,” she says.

Julie is very good at keeping in touch after the transaction, which is why so many of her clients have become friends over the years. She makes time to text, email, call, and visit her clients frequently, sometimes taking gifts. For example, she likes to take pies from a local bakery to celebrate a client’s first Thanksgiving in their new home. When it comes to marketing, Julie divides her outreach between online websites, traditional publications, and social media to reach her target audience.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys traveling with her two daughters. She is also involved with organizations and private fundraisers that give back to her community, as well as supporting local businesses. Additionally, she is involved with The St. Baldrick’s Foundation, an organization that conducts pediatric cancer research. “We organize events for people to shave their heads in solidarity with children who have cancer,” explains Julie. “Each event brings in around $30-35,000, making a significant contribution towards research for a cure for pediatric cancer.”

On average, Julie does around

$18-20 million in sales volume each year. To ensure that she upholds the same high standards of ethics and service as her business grows, Julie is in the process of bringing on two new team members in addition to the one she currently works with. “It’s my name on every transaction and my reputation depends on our service. I want to make sure my clients’ real estate needs are achieved with a respect for all and a commitment to excellence.”
