Passionate about helping others, Sarah Anderson has found a rewarding path as a real estate agent in Chicagoland. After years of teaching and the effects of the pandemic, Sarah followed her passion for real estate. As a solo agent, her first year was a great success, and she’s growing faster than ever. Living in Arlington Heights and raised in Mount Prospect, she is highly knowledgeable about the region. This local expertise allows her to provide valuable information to clients looking to move to the area. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, friends often refer to her as the ‘mayor of Arlington Heights’ due to her wide network of connections in the community.

“I live here, so I know a lot about it,” she explains. “Someone who’s based in the city might not know everything about the suburbs.” With exceptional communication skills, she’s always available to answer any questions and keeps clients informed throughout the process. “I’m very communicative. I know time is of the essence, especially in these last couple of years in real estate as the market has been crazy.” With her past experience as a teacher, she has a natural ability to educate her clients, making the process of buying or selling a home less daunting. Her talent for putting her clients at ease and supporting them through every step of the process, along with her ability to educate them, has contributed to her success as a real estate agent.

After the process is over, Sarah’s clients love to spread the word about her. One recently said,

“Sarah made buying our home a breeze! She’s quick to respond and also reaches out to check-in. The market is stressful and buying a home is a big decision. Sarah was there to answer questions, calm our nerves, and support us in any way she could. She even walked our dog during a showing! We truly enjoyed working with her.” Sarah ensures she stays in touch, reaching out to past clients and seeing how they’re doing. She hosts client events throughout the year, including a recent cookie and candle giveaway.

Sarah is actively involved in her community. She supports local businesses by providing gift cards to new buyers in the area. Sarah has also been involved in a local church and supports an organization that provides furniture to women and children in need. Sarah donates to the Almost Home Foundation, a pet shelter that finds foster families for animals. During her free time, she loves to run and enjoys relaxing with her family and friends.

In the next few months, Sarah plans to continue utilizing social media to grow her business and hopes to help more people with their real estate needs. “My favorite part about what I do is the relationships I get to build with my clients. They are truly like family to me.”
