Trey McCallie, the principal broker and owner of Realty One Group Bluegrass, got his first taste of professional marketing at age ten when he appeared in a full-page newspaper ad for a Virginia hospital where his father was the executive vice president. Since then, he’s developed a lifelong passion for delivering value to clients and helping them put their best feet forward.

“The client is the star of the show — we are there to guide, advise, support and solve their problems,” McCallie explained. “We want a long-term relationship with our clients, it’s not just a transaction and a commission. We want to be a resource for our clients, before, during and well after the transaction.”
