“When Raleigh Bruner founded Wildcat Moving in 2010, he was determined to recruit and retain the best and the brightest movers to build the foundation of his small business. After recognizing the budding initiative of these driven individuals, Raleigh developed the ‘Mover to Manager to Partner’ program to train movers in the best practices on how to open and operate their own world-class moving company.

This pioneering training program has spawned 31 locations in 14 states over the last decade creating over 1000 current jobs – from Ft. Myers, Florida to Reno, Nevada – each built using Wildcat’s successful business model. Many of these companies are award-winning and considered the best in their respective markets. As his enterprise expanded, Raleigh seized the opportunity and opened Wildcat Van Lines – an interstate trucking company that connects the network. Also owned and managed by former movers, Wildcat Van Lines offers a three-party relocation service that moves customers across the lower 48.
