COME IN 3’s Dear Friends of top3 by design I am not going to bore you by talking about the fantastic list of brands top3 has been showcasing successfully for a number of years, nor am I going to brag about how hard we fought, and continue to fight, to make these brands accessible within Australia at Euro equivalent pricing.

I would, however, like to take a moment to say a big thank you to you. Thank you for rewarding our passion with your loyalty and trust.

RARE & Radiant Water and diamonds. The world’s most treasured resources are getting more rare each day and need to be treated with care. Designed by Lara van der Lugt. The ‘Rare’ carafe was inspired by a brilliant diamond cut, and the scarcity of water for the design of Rare and Radiant.

“In this day and age, most people are used to the fact that water is always available, which makes it under appreciated.

We, therefore, need to start cherishing it, like diamonds.”

The carafe is made out of mouth blown crystal glass, which catches the light in the manner of a real diamond.

The faceted edges allow the carafe or glasses to sit in various ways on the table.

Just Breathe Light the candles, open a bottle of wine, place the Winebreather Deluxe over the bottleneck, and flip it all upside down. The wine will run through the decanting unit and into the large-surfaced carafe for perfect aeration. Flip it all around once more to get the wine back in the original bottle, pour it, and taste the advantages of a wine with 10 times the oxygen.

For Nichlas B. Andersen, NICHBA DESIGN started out as a hobby. During his time as a blacksmith apprentice, he spent several hours in the workshop on creating interior pieces for his own home. Working with steel seemed an obvious choice to him, since thereby he could develop his blacksmith competences, and not least learn about the material. From the very beginning his designs were made from the materials he was experienced with, and today cuts from the steelplates still figure as the silverlining throughout his productline. From the desire to build bridges between the raw look from the metal and the Scandinavian simplicity has evolved a new and streamlined look that reflects Nichlas’s mindset and passion for design.
