FRIDAY, 7 MARCH 2025
Dress: All team members must arrive at School in their TGS swimming team uniform. The swimming team uniform includes a t-shirt and shorts which will be given to boys at the Team Photo on Thursday, 6 March. Boys cannot wear thongs/slides. Covered footwear only. TGS togs (striped briefs, not jammers) and TGS cap must be worn when competing. TGS striped briefs (togs) can be purchased from the uniform shop prior to the Championships.

5:45am Arrive at Herries Street
6:00am Swimmers’ bus departs Herries Street
8:00am Arrive Chandler Brisbane Aquatic Centre
9:00am First Event (towels to pool deck only - no bags)
11:25am Last Event
11:30am Presentations
11:45am Depart Brisbane
1:45pm Swimmers’ bus returns to TGS
Meals:
Herries Street
• Meals will be organised for all boarders. Dayboys will be required to bring their own healthy lunch and snacks for the day along with a full water bottle. A canteen will be in operation but will only be visited at the end of the meet if time permits.
Event Notes:
• Competitors must remain in their lanes at the end of a race until told to leave the water.
• Touch the pads once only.
• Competitors must leave the pool via the side, not over the end as this will damage the touch pads.
Presentations: Swim Captains are to wear blazers for presentations.
Parents/Guardians:
• Parents who wish you spectate on the day are to advise the TGS Sport and Activities Office by Wednesday, 5 March so that wristbands can be provided.
Important Notes:
• Make sure you have TGS togs.
• Please pack snacks and fluids to get through the day.
