Hello and Happy Valentines Day to everyone! For the past few years Full Throttle has hosted our annual Expo in February, this year we moved it back to Memorial Day Weekend (May 28th – 30th 2021) as it was away from the election, holidays and hopefully most of all the weather. Now, I know it’s a little hot in May, but that’s gotta be better than cold and rainy like it has been in February. The Florida Motorcycle Expo this year will be held again at Bert’s Barracuda Harley-Davidson and hopefully it will also be the grand opening of the OCC Café and Museum that is being built as we speak. We are looking for vendors and sponsors at this time. Please check out the event page on facebook or our website www.floridamotorcycleexpo.com At press time, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just beat the Green Bay Packers and are heading to the Super Bowl! It really is awesome that they did something NO OTHER TEAM has ever done before, and that is play a Super Bowl in their home stadium. Congrats to the Bucs for making it this far and I hope they win! I love having Tom Brady as our Quarterback, GO BUCS!!! Our cover this month is a new Bike Night happening in Tampa on Dale Mabry Highway at a new restaurant called Riveters. They are using the Rosie the Riveter theme for the restaurant and it is awesome! Bike night so far has been great. The new bike night is every Wednesday night from 6pm till 10pm with live music, 50/50, raffles, bike of the night trophies and much more! Full Throttle will still be at Quaker Steak and Lube also as that will always be a great bike night sponsored by The Law Offices of Fran Haasch. But Tampa has been missing a

good bike night and this is going to be the place to be. If you are looking for something different or some place to ride on Wednesday night come out and check out Riveters sponsored by Moramoto of Tampa and Full Throttle Magazine. BIKE WEEK IS HAPPENING!!!! We were overly excited to hear that the vote went in favor of Bike Week 2021 happening rather than closing and not letting permits happen like in October. We all understand that there will be COVID precautions and we need to focus on wearing masks and social distancing. Full Throttle is already planning a ton of Bike Shows in Daytona and surrounding areas for Bike Week. We start off with a show at destination Daytona under the pavilion on Saturday March 6th, our next show will be on Tuesday March 9th at the Jam on Productions Swap Meet. Then we will be assisting a new show with Revelations 1 Concepts at The Beaver Bar on Wednesday March 10th. On Thursday March 11th we will be at the Cabbage Patch with Radical Randy at his Baggerz and Tailz Bike Show that always draws a huge number of bikes! Then Thursday night we will be hosting our NIGHT TIME BIKE SHOW at Grandview Live with registration from 8pm till 11pm with awards at 12midnight. Friday March 12th will be the ever-popular BOARDWALK BIKE SHOW on the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. This is one of the largest shows in Daytona and usually has over 200 bikes entered in it every year. This will be a show not to miss!!! Then on Saturday March 13th we will be with Kory Souza and their show happening at the Ocean Center on A1A. It will be a remarkably busy Bike Week for sure and I am looking forward to it!! I would like to wish my beautiful new girlfriend AMANDA a special and Happy First Valentine’s Day Together as a couple. I am incredibly happy you asked me for a mask, thank godness for COVID, Love you!! I would also like to wish my Mom a Happy Birthday, Love you mama! Be safe, be smart, don’t drink and ride and I will see you soon!

So many biker events lined up, it's a pretty good distraction from the rest of the apocalypse haha. I did not win our January Chili cook off, but sweet Amanda who was convoluted with my golf cart demolition won (kicked my ass badly in it actually), it was pure justice for her. And she does make some damn good chili. We want to do this again; we had a blast! Thank you, Bert’s Barracuda, for hosting it with us! We have a lot going on right now see the ads. I am a little bit at a loss this month about what to write, it seems everything is taken so out of context and blown so out of proportion. I Try to stay silent. But I do want to say I hope the upcoming “event/ riding season” brings us back to sharing the love of motorcycles, friendship, and community with each other. I am rolling out a lot of new things on all our social media. Stay tuned. Also, the Calendars are in!! And lastly, please don't drink and ride or we can’t be friends. Welcome to the Back yard for February. What a month February will be. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in the Super Bowl. They become the first team in NLF history to play in the Super Bowl on their home Stadium. The closest any team has ever come to that was in 1980 when the Las Angeles Rams lost Super Bowl XIV to the Pittsburgh Steelers at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena CA, The Rams that year played their home games at Memorial Coliseum in L.A. and then in 1985 when the San Francisco 49ers beat the Miami Dolphins in Super Bowl XIX that was supposed to be played in the 49ers new stadium that was never built so the move the game to Stanford University Cardinal Stadium just south of San Francisco in Palo Alto, CA. The 49ers that year played their home games that season at Candlestick Park making the Bucs the first team in NFL history to play a true home game in the Super Bowl. Then as you have heard Daytona is back in Daytona Bike Week in March. The 80th Daytona bike week is March 5th to the 14th. Full Throttle has several bike shows planed including the world famous Boardwalk Bike Show. Loads of fun happening this year for bike week. then for the first time in 3 years I return to Thunder Beach Rally at the Boardwalk Hotel and resort in Panama City Beach. those dates are April 28th to May 2nd so call the Boardwalk and make your reservation's now, tell them Mongo sent you. Welcome to the largest FMX freestyle entertainment show of its kind in the world. Top action sports, athletes and theatrics that are definitely not your average FMX freestyle show. I have seen it with my own eyes on more than one occasion. Meeting founder Johnny Rocket and Tina Winn one on one at Gibtown Bikefest I found a lot more than two mere performers. These two have fire in their soul for their craft … and for each other. I confessed to them I always wanted to learn and try performing as a clown in a circus. If you speak to my children and some of my friends (or foes), they will tell you I need no lesson. But that is beside the point. Johnny Rocket is a seventh-generation entertainer. He learned all through family heritage which started in the European circus in Ireland. His grandfather came to the United States and performed in Vaudeville for many years. Johnny Rocket started performing at the age of two traveling the world. His natural-born talent and skills have now been displayed before millions of people. Johnny feels he is just getting started. Johnny’s reputation among peers as an entertainer precedes him. Johnny got his first motorcycle at the age of four. He was hooked! Freedom and adrenaline grew alive in his blood. Johnny eventually combined his passion for the circus with his obsession in action sports. Because of that today we are privileged to see a one-of-a-kind show; Cycle Circus. Always looking to improve, Johnny strives to become a better entertainer and producer. His mission: give people a show that is worth their hard-earned money. Galaxy Girl A.K.A. “Tina Winn” is a professional aerial daredevil. She is a seventh-generation circus performer. Tina started performing at the age of three alongside her siblings in a unicycle act. Her first 20 years in this mortal-life consisted of traveling with her family working stage shows and TV shows all over the world. Tina worked on Broadway then began a daredevil career performing aerial trapeze motorcycles on high wires. She climbed tall poles, performed on the wheel of death and a multitude of mind-bending stunt acts. Tina is best known for her aerial Galaxy Girl tower act. The tower stands 127 feet high where she performs one of the worlds’ highest handstand. Tina produced aerial thrill shows in places such as Disney World Epcot Center, Canada‘s Wonderland, Six Flag Parks, rock concerts such as KISS and,
she also opened for Liza Minnelli in Madison Square Garden. Tina traveled with The Greatest Show on Earth. She performed in Germany, France, Japan, Mexico, and Canada. Tina has recently been inducted to the world-famous Circus Ring of Fame at Saint Armand’s Circle in Sarasota, Florida. As I sat there enjoying a good chat with these two quite unique earthborn listing their accomplishments, we got a bit personal. These champions have not been spared from obstacles caused by the infamous COVID business. Fortunately, both Tina and Johnny have their heads screwed on solidly. They faced all the hardships together. Would it not be from their creativity they would not have been able to reinvent and adapt. Look for Cycle Circus last week of February and first week of March as they are about to blow your mind I am suspecting with some new stunts. Yes. Some never seen before action is being worked on. I am told it has to do with the evolving concept of a human-on-bicycle launched from a canon. Something that could make the envy of Evel Knievel! So, I asked them both; What did you learn from each other that made you a better person today? What attracted you most from each other? Johnny was quick to answer quite confidently Tina helped him to keep his ego in check and that she earned his absolute respect through the years they knew each other before they married and still to this day. As I glanced in Tina’s direction, I saw her humbly glowing admitting that Johnny taught her not to sweat the small stuff. I mean when you have about 30 to 40 people working for you in dangerous acts, about ~25 shows to perform per year in North America alone, semi-trailers and buses loaded with equipment, containers etc… you need to be able to not sweat the small stuff. Johnny and Tina’s lives have always been intertwined pretty much right from childhood in some way or other through friends, work, and family. They were friends first. That is where mutual respect took life in their hearts. Unbeknownst to them both during these years, they would marry and lead this massive production called Cycle Circus. A breath-taking act and performance. This is their life, their passion. This is how and when their souls connect, and it all happens before our eyes when they perform together risking their lives fully and completely trusting each other literally with their lives. Something a lot of us could learn from. Kudo to these two fiery champions of life and to their entire crew.
