The primary objective of this service is to provide a beneficiary with information on existing and active benefits. This also includes pending benefits awaiting review and approval by the Department of Social Security.

A list of any application/s or request/s for revision you have made in the previous twelve (12) months. From here you can check whether your claim has been processed and its’ outcome.

Exclusions:

Retirement Pension: Tentative Assessment. Sickness Benefit: Blue Medical Certificate Claims.

An e‑ID account issued by Identity Malta.
