01 SUKH SPICES
A fusion of Thai and Indian culture embodies this restaurant design. Grain represents ‘phum khao bin’ - a traditional pattern of Thailand and to also promote Thai craftmanship while ‘celebrate’ gives an atmosphere of celebration for both target users. ‘Axis’ represents two cultures that blend in the middle. Vibrant colors and patterns act as a nostalgic and familiar feeling while Thai cuisine is introduced in the context of India.

RASTA MUSIC SCHOOL
The concept of this project is to create a music school catering for the rastafire community. To understand their lifestyle and their beliefs is what brought the inspiration - which is “smoke.” The spatial design and atmosphere embodies the body of a smoke - derived from the rastafarian custom of smoking marijuana.
