The crashing waves, the salt in the air, the cold sea. The prince sat on the black stoned beach, aer all he had woken up from the shore of it. Dreamscape, The Elder ’ s Room, as he called it. He decided to take a sit and wait for the moment he woke up to his present room once more. He didn 't want to move in fear that this peaceful scenery turned into a nightmare or worse. As he wondered when morning was going to come, he gazed at the old lighthouse. The last times he ' s been up there he always saw ships far off into the horizon. He also saw a large creature making its way slowly to shore. But this time he woke up at the shore, not inside the lighthouse or under the ocean surface, which means something is different. The calm sea, the whispering wind and the silence observing. The prince snapped out of his most inner thoughts the moment he heard a step hit the sand. Looking over to the opposite side of the lighthouse he saw him again. A large black mass attempting to resemble a wolf, six green eyes and sharp teeth. The prince felt a hand on his heart, squeezing it tight, it was hard to breathe. Panic. Their eyes met as the creature made a slow step, calculating its next move. The prince felt like a rabbit, being hunted down by a predator but instead of hopping away; he sat there, frozen. You could say he was a deer listening for the hunter. He took a second step, slowly and carefully. The creature lowly growled. Taking in a breath he slowly looked at the lighthouse, as he felt he was drowning again. At that moment he heard a quick third step, he got up and ran. The creature roared but all the young prince could do was run towards the lighthouse. Why does it feel so far? Come on! As he saw the opened door of the lighthouse, took a leap inside and quickly slammed the door closed. Once he locked it and quickly moved the heavy box in front of it. The

door slightly bounced as the creature slammed into it. He wanted to get in. Why won't he leave me alone? He always has been observing from a far but now... Now he is always trying to get me. The prince stared at the door, frozen as it bounced from impact aer impact then it trembled. From growls to whimpers. Then silence. Nothing. Somehow, this flared the prince ’ s fear more than the constant attack at the door. Then he noticed it, the door handle jiggled. He ran to it and held it in place. He could hear the creature whispering in a strange language. Then he understood. "Please let me in... You ' re my only identity..." He awoke. He was not in the lighthouse anymore, he couldn’t smell the sea anymore, his eyes met that of his brother. His brother looked more annoyed than worried as this was a usual occurrence for the prince. He said, “It’ s late morning, breakfast has been made and it’ s going to get cold… you don ’t want Claire to get upset. ”
