Saturdays at Tomorrowland are wonderful; your body bounces to the rhythm without fail and you’re no longer lost as you know where to find your favourite stages. There’s a bit of danger to feeling at ease, though: you may forget to think out of the box and miss opportunities to broaden your musical horizons! Go on and explore, and you’ll find some of the world’s greatest house DJs at the Mainstage today, including the ever-grooving Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano as well as Tiësto, who will no doubt blast his fiery new banger ‘Hot In It’. Another hot and steamy act are Duck Sauce, the funky supergroup formed by Armand van Helden and A-Trak. Techno lovers should head to Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT stage, where you’ll find the incredible Indira Paganotto, who skillfully blends a little psytrance into her techno sets. From there it’s onwards to the ultimate nightcap, a banging set by the ‘Goddess of Hardcore’, Miss K8, at the Q-dance hosted Freedom stage.

And what magnificent events these rituals were. At once a spectacular show and a warm embrace in the open arms of the Mainstage, they went accompanied by a chorus of excited cheers – exclamations of energy, love and magic. But of course, this was not all that happened yesterday. You performed your own little rituals, as well. with people you’d never met before, these count. From running excitedly down that hill for a first good look at the Mainstage to that toast with your friends, which has to be done in exactly your own specific way, your rituals count.
