The average closed price for May 2025 was $454,702 compared to May 2024 when the average price was $455,011.

The median closed price for May 2025 was $457,823 compared to May 2024 when the median price was $425,000.

Inventory as of this report totals 1,326 properties which represents 2.3 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 2.0 months supply.
