Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for June 2025 total 531 compared to June 2024 when the total was 561.

AVERAGE PRICE UP 7.8%

The average closed price for June 2025 was $503,908 compared to June 2024 when the average price was $467,639.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 1.1%

The median closed price for June 2025 was $434,845 compared to June 2024 when the median price was $430,000.

NEW FOR SALE SOLD

INVENTORY UP 19.6%

Inventory as of this report totals 1,476 properties which represents 2.8 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 2.2 months supply.

The number of new listings in June 2025 was 920, compared to June 2024 when 885 new listings were reported.
