Begin your Snake River Sporting Club story at The Ranch Estates North. Representing the very last of the exclusive Ranch Estate parcels, The Ranch Estate North is a neighborhood of 4 contiguous ranch parcels. Parcels 24, 25, 26 and 27 range in size from 7 acres to over 30 acres. Totaling almost 78 acres, the horse-friendly properties may be purchased individually, or as a whole. Horse and cattle grazing are allowed, in keeping with the land’s history as a working ranch. Each of the 4 parcels may hook into an existing main irrigation system which is centrally managed by the Ranch Estates sub-association.

Set in the foothills of the Bridger Teton National Forest, The Ranch Estates North mirror the community’s larger natural landscapes. Featuring gently rolling terrain with a mix of sagebrush, native meadow grasses and wildflowers, aspen groves and conifers, the Ranch Estates North enjoy access to electric power, fiber optic, and to a community water and irrigation system. Onsite leach fields have been approved for each site. Deeded irrigation water rights exist for each of the parcels with an inground system for pasture, landscaping, or water features. Resort zoning provides for short term rental opportunities. Barns and guest houses are allowed.
