As Junior Business Controller, you assist the Business Controller Manager

Develop, automate and implement performance metrics: KPI’s, dashboards, methods, systems and decision-making models Collect and organize data and input from multiple sources, as a basis for appropriate and accurate financial analysis Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for the finance department & business Assist in creation of budget & forecast: ▪ collect data, challenge business & translate into BU/FC ▪ prepare and load BU/FC into reporting tool Create and maintain analytical cost & project structure Develop and prepare monthly financial reporting for the management: ▪ identifying and analyzing the causes of any discrepancies between the actual situation and the budget, suggesting corrective measures

analyzing sales performance, net working capital, cash flow and capex Follow up on action plans taken by finance & business Work closely with accounting ensuring a proper analytical bookkeeping Follow up on portfolio Oversee the PO process and review all commitments made by business Be a business partner within the company with focus on financial processes together with financial & business controller

Master’s degree in finance/economics/management At least 3 years of experience in audit, financial analysis or business controlling Strong Excel skills is a must, notions of SAP are an asset You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with profound financial knowledge You have good organizational skills You are a team player and have ability to work independently You are process oriented and like big picture as well as details You are curious, pragmatic, solution & result driven You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is an asset
