Cooking Demo & Tasting, November 9th 5-7pm. Chef, Alfred Dean, was born and raised on Cape Cod and is currently personal Chef to Ethel Kennedy at the Kennedy Compound in Hyannisport. He immersed himself in the culinary field 24 years ago which does not include the meals he prepared for his mother at age 11.

He possesses a great love for music and the arts, and has experience preparing French, Italian, Japanese, and most recently, Latin cuisine.

Alfred has mentored many up and coming cooks in various establishments on and off Cape Cod. More details to follow.

N2N provides informational resources, programs and activities related to Health & Wellness, Residence Maintenance & Technology, and Money Matters, three aspects of daily life that touch everyone within The Pinehills.

Fridays, 8:45-9:45am, Beginning October 14th through Dec 16th (No class 11/25) PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/ body practices of yoga and the core conditioning principles of Pilates.
