White Springs at Providence is located in Upper Providence Township. This historic municipality with its rich agricultural roots, was incorporated in 1805. The Schuylkill River, which runs along the western border of the township has played a prominent role in the region. The Schuylkill Canal, built in the early 1800’s, passed through the township, bringing coal from the rich Allegheny coal fields to the port of Philadelphia. Upper Providence is located on the western border of Montgomery County, within minutes of major highways such as the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Routes 202 and 422, and Interstates 476 and 76. Residents of the township have easy access to wonderful restaurants, the Providence Town Center, the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, and many historical centers. The Valley Forge National Historical Park and King of Prussia Mall are two of the local attractions which are conveniently located just minutes from White Springs at Providence.
Homeowners Association The Association maintains the entranceways, the clubhouse and amenities area, walking trails, and open space. The Association also includes snow maintenance for the interior roads, public walkways, driveways, and front walkways to homes. Landscape maintenance includes all turf areas and standard package plantings around the homes. Trash removal and security monitoring is also included.
