This year, any TCHC tenant who is 16 years of age or older can complete the survey.

Double your chances of winning a gift card by completing the survey on line.

One of five $75 gift cards are available to be won by any tenant who completes the survey on line, by phone, or mail.

If you complete the survey on line, you'll get a second entry for another one of five $75 gift cards.

Tenant Council Elections

Vote to elect a Tenant Council Member for your building or townhouse.

Your elected Tenant Council Member will: work with your community to improve community spaces, programs, and service advocate for your community’s needs work with TCHC and the City of Toronto to bring resources to your neighbourhood

Fire safety hazards

If your food burns when cooking, always use the exhaust fan above the stove, open windows and, if possible, balcony doors. Do not open the door to the hallway to vent smoke, as this will set off the building alarm and cause a false alarm.

Help plan the future of Toronto’s recreation facilities and parks

Share what matters most to you and your community for recreation facilities and parks, both now and for the future.

The City of Toronto’s Parkland Strategy and the Parks and Recreation Facilities Plan are 20-year plans that guide growth and investment in parkland and recreation facilities over the next 20 years.

Join the thousands of Torontonians that have provided feedback to help inform updates to these plans by taking the online survey by Sunday, September 14, 2025.

The survey is available in English, Bengali, Chinese, Filipino, French, Hindi, Spanish and Tamil until Sunday, September 14, 2025.
