Never stack items so high that they may fall over. Keep a one-metre-wide pathway to your unit door from the kitchen, bedroom and, if applicable, the balcony. This will allow for a safe escape in the event of a fire. Tenants who would like help reducing the clutter in their units can contact the Client Care Centre at 416-981-5500 (TRS 7-1-1) for assistance.

Are You a Pet Owner?
Did you know that the City of Toronto’s bylaw only permits owning a maximum of three dogs and six cats?
Here’s a quick reminder on the bylaw:
• Keep all pets in a clean environment, free from waste and pests that can endanger the health of your pet and neighbours.
• Do not breed animals as that might be a bylaw violation.
• Keep your dogs leashed and under control when outside your home.
• Pick up dog waste immediately.
• Persistent or excessive noise from any animal is not permitted.
Leashing, stooping and scooping keep not only your pets safe, but also ensures that everyone can enjoy our shared public spaces!
