• Discounts: Agency commission, cameraready or repeat same ad afforded 15% of commissionable billing to recognized agencies furnishing digitally complete ads. Commissions shall be forfeited on all accounts not paid within 90 days of invoice. • Non-profit agencies with 501(c)(3) or 501 (c)(4) designation (excludes not-for profit) afforded 10% discount. • Special Positions: Publisher cannot guarantee position for any ad unless a special position premium of 10% is paid in addition to ad rate. Available only on ads Half Page and larger. Publisher reserves the right to deny the placement choice. If placement is not met, premiums will not be charged for that issue. • Special Advertising Options: Pricing for inserts, tip-ins, and gatefolds available upon request. Website advertising rates available upon request. • Ad Design & Production: Production charges are included in published rates. Photography is available and priced upon request. • Electronic Files: Publisher is not responsible for additional output charges on electronic files that are incorrectly assembled. Art submitted on disk or via email will run ‘as is.’ There will be no match print proof provided and no color correction on scans or any other areas of artwork. • Billing: Payment due by the first of the month after the date on invoice. Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1.75% per month. Prepayment required on all new accounts. • Errors: Despite careful proofreading, occasional errors may occur in advertisements. Publisher cannot accept liability for such errors. Claims for adjustment must be made within 15 days of publication. The Publisher’s liability for any error shall not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the ad. • Acceptability: Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement of questionable taste or exaggerated claims. The Publisher accepts advertisements with the understanding that the Advertiser and/or Agency are responsible for the content of the ads and absolves the Publisher from all claims. Any advertising copy resembling editorial material, in the opinion of Publisher, shall have the word “Advertorial” printed on the page. • Advertising Agreement: Agreements must be completed within 12 months from the date of first insertion. Cancellations must be received in writing and will be accepted up to space reservation closing date. If cancel lation notice is not received by that date, Publisher reserves right to fill the space or run Advertiser’s previous ad. The Advertiser will be billed for contracted space. • Short rate policy: If an Advertiser cancels an existing Agreement, they will be re-billed at the applicable rate. All orders accepted are subject to the terms and provisions of this rate card.
