We are looking for someone who will: • Work in close collaboration with Executive Head teacher on the development of the school in order to continue to raise and maintain high standards for all pupils. • Develop a positive and professional culture amongst all staff • To manage the day-to-day running of the school with confidence and sensitivity. • Support the implementation of Federation policies • Work with staff to promote high quality teaching across all subjects • Make sure standards of behaviour are high and to foster an environment in which learning can thrive Please note that this is illustrative of the general nature and level of responsibility of the role. The Strategic Manager, Housing Development post is a vital role within the Housing, Development and Growth Directorate undertaking a wide range of activities from managing a highly skilled team to advising senior management on progress on housing delivery, site audits and providing advice on the best means of achieving delivery of the opportunity sites within the agreed pipeline, making optimum use of the different delivery mechanisms and financial resources available to the Council. The post holder amongst other responsibilities will also be accountable to the Board of Fortier (Property Development Company) and to lead and direct the company to deliver the Shareholder objectives. This is therefore a great opportunity for an experienced housing development professional with strong people / programme management and communication skills. Working jointly with internal and external stakeholders will be key to achieving delivery.

EHCP Lead SCP 27‐32 £35,745 ‐ £40,221 (depending on experience) Full time: 37 hours per week and year round Due to a period of continued growth, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, flexible and qualified practitioners to join our growing school team, to work within our multi‐site setting.
