Srini Nallasivan is the Executive Vice President, Chief AI and Analytics Officer at U.S Bank. In this role, he is focused on delivering business growth, digital marketing and creating a market competitive advantage by leveraging the power of advanced analytics and AI across all areas of the enterprise. Nallasivan built and scaled the Bank’s enterprise Analytics and AI/ML team that both builds proprietary digital martech models and AI/ ML assets to meet customer needs and help position them for future success.
He also advises the Bank’s leadership team on customer growth, digital strategy and marketing, and analytics to help position the business for immediate and long-term business growth.

Nallasivan joined the company from AIG, where he served as Global Head of Digital and Data Analytics, with a mandate and focus on digital transformation using digital and analytics for all personal lines across AIG spanning 80 countries.
Prior to that role, Nallasivan worked in positions of increasing responsibility in the data and analytics space at Bank of America for more than a decade with experience in leveraging insights to enhance strategy, bank transformation, online banking delivery and anti-money laundering efforts. He was responsible for producing analytics and insights for Board reporting, CEO level reporting and corporate strategy.
Nallasivan holds master’s degrees in engineering and management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and telecommunications and network management from Syracuse University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from India. He also is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Nallasivan holds six U.S. patents in artificial intelligence and wearable sensors. He is a board member on Acxiom’s CAB and active in the Charlotte community. He has served on numerous non-profit teams, including as former co-chairman of Safe Alliance in Charlotte.
