Regional Lymph Nodes The regional lymph nodes are the preauricular, submandibular and cervical lymph nodes.

TNM Clinical Classification T – Primary Tumour TX Primary tumour cannot be assessed T0 No evidence of primary tumour Tis Carcinoma in situ T1 Tumour 5 mm or less in greatest dimension invades through the ­conjuctival basement membrane T2 Tumour more than 5 mm in greatest dimension, invades through the conjuctival basement membrane without invasion of adjacent structures* T3 Tumour invades adjacent structures* T4 Tumour invades the orbit or beyond T4a Tumour invades orbital soft tissues, without bone invasion T4b Tumour invades bone T4c Tumour invades adjacent paranasal sinuses T4d Tumour invades brain
