HOUSE ALONG THE RIVER: The site was located almost 1/4 mile from the delivery point of materials, and the only access was down a steep 30-40 degree road that had been built previously. Generators had to be used and water from the river had to be hauled in. A new bridge was constructed across a 65’ ravine that was 20 feet deep to make a continuous deck between the two main patio areas.
