THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL CERTIFICATIONS Fees, once submitted, are non-refundable. Fees are forfeited if the Certification Committee finds that the applicant does not meet the specified qualifications. Any exception to the non-refund policy requires a two-thirds vote of the Certification Committee. Exams must be taken within 90 days of the purchase date. Renewals occur each year with a fee of $45 for members and $90 for non-members Each certificate holder will be notified sixty days prior to the certification expiration date. To prevent expiration, a renewal form must be returned to the TNLA office, accompanied by the proper renewal fee and proof of the required continuing education units (CEUs), on or before the expiration date. Failure to respond will result in revocation of certification.
