● TNLA Bootcamp Program Graduate 2023/2024
● Rachel has served on the Region V Board for 8 years and Region President for 3 of those
Rachel is active in her community:
● Treasurer of the Democrat Community Center for 7 years
● Staff/Parish Relations Committee at the Zephyr Methodist Church for 2 years
● Member of the Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association
○ Raises cattle for beef production and sheep for meat production
● Assists in school activities: Fellowship of Christian Athletes and activities for her 5 yo daughter
● Member of the Tarleton State Alumni
Rachel in 2025 started her own cut-flower business, 573 Flower Farm, and her company became a TNLA member in 2025 She sells strictly wholesale to florists and event coordinators in Brown, Comanche, and Mills Counties
Rachel consistently demonstrates leadership skills Her ethics in personal and work life are outstanding She is not afraid to ask questions to clarify topics she is involved in She is task oriented to get things done efficiently. She is very organized in every aspect of things she is involved in When Rachel involves herself in something she gives it 100%
While Rachel served on the Region V board she attended the State Board retreat in June for 3 years and sat in on the Board Meeting
I am nominating Rachel for this position because I believe she is the ideal candidate for the Region V position. Committed to TNLA, involved in multiple aspects of TNLA, has a heart for the industry and TNLA, and is ethically strong in everything she does
Rachel has the full support from AES and Absolute Accents Inc in serving in this role financially and in all aspects
