Whether you are an expectant mama, a family of four that needs an update, or perhaps there is a little guy in your life turning two I am your girl! For whatever occasion you sought out a portrait photographer, I am thrilled you found me and I am so excited to meet and create with you!

I know how overwhelming and stressful planning a photoshoot for anything can feel. I'm here to take all the anxiety out of being in front of the camera away so you can focus on what matters; these precious fleeting moments of your life that cannot be replicated. Our session will feel like pure, plain fun and I promise you will leave so thankful you did it

Hi! I'm Taylor Moulton, the woman behind the camera and I would love to be the photographer you choose to document whatever season of life you find yourself in. I am a momma, a wife and an eldest sister. A severe hobby lobby addict and a professional, self employed photographer. I found my calling in high school. Literally, I spent every spare moment I could in the darkroom; soaking up knowledge, learning from my mistakes and igniting a passion inside myself I couldn't put out now if I tried After graduation, I went on to pursue photography further at Daytona State college in 2010 and I haven't stopped since Officially I became my own legal LLC company in October of 2016 Here are some of the most important things to know about me as an artist;

First, my business name is Wombs to weddings and there is a ton of grey area in that "TO" a whole lifetime actually I photograph expectant moms, engaged couples, wedding days, birth stories, families on location, in home lifestyle newborns, events and sometimes even real estate because fun fact, my husband is a realtor

Yes, it is a lot to juggle back and forth but I wouldn't want it any other way, it keeps my life interesting and preserves my hunger to create art as a storytelling photographer.

Second, I live for the raw emotion. The genuine laughter. The natural authentic, connection between loved ones If you are looking for the typical cookie cutter, Jcpenny pictures then I am not the photographer for you I am radically different from any other photographer you have or ever will work with and I believe it's what sets me apart Whether we are outside shooting a family session in a field or inside a coffee shop shooting an engagement, I promise it's going to be loads of fun, not at all what you expected, and the end result will be intimate candid moments, that will stir your emotions in a way you never could have foreseen I just flat out love what I get to do I go the extra mile whenever possible because hearing your reaction when you see the beauty of your life through my eyes, is THE best part of my job Second only to being there in person with my beloved R6 camera

OUTDOOR SESSIONS

90% of where my sessions take place is outside. Meeting up with my clients at a place we ' ve planned out ahead of time or even the venue you'll get married at is where I like to shoot I LOVE natural light! I love how I can wield it by diffusing it, shaping it and playing with shadows. When I first started photographing people I was that typical shoot in the shade kind of person, and there are still times when shade is needed but because of the experience and education I've gathered over the years I now know how to work sunlight to achieve the best lighting at any time of day. Although, I will admit I am a sucker for golden rim light one hour before the sun sets and rises, I mean - who doesn't love that radiating glow? However with the beauty of on location shooting there comes the possibility of a rain out. I will hold off on rescheduling a session until I know there is absolutely no way it is letting up - Florida is temperamental sometimes and rain can come and go easily in 15 minutes I keep an eye on the radar but I'm definitely a wait and see type of photographer If it starts to rain while we are shooting and I don't have enough I'm proud of, I will of course offer a re shoot free of charge.

INSIDE SESSIONS

With my traveling studio equipment I’m able to shoot maternity sessions that look like they were shot in a luxury high end studio, in the comfort of your home. I do require quite a bit of space for this because I bring a 10ft backdrop with me, plus lighting and everything else I need. I take about thirty minutes to set up the scene prior to our scheduled time. I also photograph in home engagements, families and newborn lifestyle sessions with natural light shooting around the elements of your home.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR EACH

When my clients ask what they should wear to my sessions, the number one thing I always say first is, wear something that makes you feel comfortable. I will ask you to do lots of things; sitting, jumping, walking just to name a few. I would hate for you to feel in anyway insecure about what you wore because of the movement you'll be doing Once you book your session with me, you’ll receive a styling guide that goes over everything in detail for you. If we are shooting an in home studio maternity session, most likely you will pick out something from my client closet to wear for that.

The Deliverables

HOW DO I GET MY IMAGES?

Once we ' ve shot our session it takes me about two weeks to get them culled, edited and uploaded to the gallery Once there, I will send over a link to the gallery in a message and at that point you can sit down with a nice cup of coffee after the kids go to school or with your hubby and a glass of wine at night in your pj's - and you can look over all the photographs at your convenience in the comfort of your own home Decide on which ones you can't live without and then let me know which package you would like to go with I will then send over an invoice for the desired collection and once paid I will then email over your photographs and a print release! Easy peasy; no scheduling a time to meet up for them, no out-dated disc of images, it takes seconds to exchange and it's all wireless. If you decided on the superior collection, the gallery will be opened up for you to download all the images while you wait for your package to arrive with the USB.

WHY HAVE DIGITAL IMAGES?

Not only do you have the privilege of printing wherever you'd like, but you also have the images archived forever. Your child can print images of themselves 10 years later, which is priceless in itself

ONCE YOU RECIEVE YOUR IMAGES

Once you receive your images via email or USB you are free to post them anywhere online, but because I don’t watermark any of my images I ask that you do please tag my business when you post them; @wombs to weddings photography on Facebook or @wombs to weddings on instagram should bring up my pages Then if anyone would also like beautiful photographs they know exactly which photographer took yours.

WHAT IS A PRINT RELEASE?

It's similar to a copyright release, but allows me to maintain the rights to my images to submit to contests, share on my website, print, advertise, etc. A print release will allow you print anywhere on any medium for ever and ever, excluding commercial use

WHERE SHOULD I PRINT MY IMAGES?

I always recommend Mpix com They have great quality prints available to the public.

The In’s & Outs

No matter what session I'm walking into; family, couples, mommy and me, siblings, or event coverage I am 100% of the time finding ways to make it look natural and like it was taken secretively from a third person perspective.

LET GO OF THE EXPECTATIONS

First and foremost, getting your photos should be fun! I know from my own personal experience growing up they WERE NOT It was stressful and forced, my mom was on edge the whole morning before we even got to the sears, or walmart Basically, giving death threats if we didn't smile Haha It was a terrible experience that thankfully ONLY happened once every couple of years at most If your experience with family photos sounds a little like mine then rest assure I am the complete opposite! When you hire me, you are hiring me to tell your story - whatever that may look like I want to capture the organic beauty of what your life looks like when you ' re caught in the moment. I don't want everyone to have a fake, "cheese" smile for every picture - I want wind blown hair and snuggles I want laughter and hugs, and closed eyes that scream of intimacy. Those moments are so precious and while they happen all the time they are not often photographed I promise when you see your gallery, your heart will meltbecause you won't just be seeing your kids or your husband or your sister, you'll be seeing the love and connection you can only get from a photographer that's looking for it

FOLLOW YOUR CHILD'S LEAD

My favorite images are always the ones where we allow the kids to naturally explore and get into something he or she wants to do. When we let the child lead the way, they will organically be motivated to interact and play, and this helps to bring out natural expressions from the child as well Some of the things I ask them to do sound silly like, "look and see if dad has any boogers" but when you see it in a photograph you'll understand Let's have fun and allow me to document your child's interest at this age Let's let them lead the way

IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS

I can't stress this enough as a photographer, when it comes down to it; the only thing you ' re going to wish you had more of in this life is time Because time can never be expanded the closest thing we can do would be to photograph more moments, more frequently and to realize it's not really about the best looking portrait of someone it's about the fleeting memory you ' re capturing It's the little things And I think that's why I love lifestyle portraiture so much because yes, it's a picture of people but it's about what they are doing, even more it's about how they are interacting It's taking a photo journalistic approach to portraiture and telling a story of their life in that time when they looked like this and their kids were fascinated with this The day after your session they'll be a day older and in a blink of an eye five years will have passed, and it'll be hard to recall just how small their hands were in yours or how fat their cheeks used to be without photographic proof Your story is so worth being told

BE IN THE MOMENT

Try to not worry if everyone is giving the same “good” smile or if your smile lines are showing too much or if your hair is blowing a little bit across your face. All these things are so small in the grand scheme of your life They are little reminders of parenthood, of being outside in nature, of your time spent as “ mom ” I know photographers that spend days editing out every wrinkle, or whispy hair that’s out of place, liquifying pretend versions of their clients and I have to say I am not one of them I serve a very specific kind of client, one that loves these little “imperfections” if you will and treasures the heartwarming intimate moments of just being in the photo with her kids naturally and authentically

WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHER'S WORK?

I strive for my images to be a unique blend of art and photojournalism, be modern but timeless, and above all look natural I edit in true to life color and I love to use natural light to create romantic and soft photographs I also have an uncanny ability to make the ordinary, extraordinary, so I’ve been told

CAN I POST MY IMAGES ONLINE?

If you buy a collection package, absolutely! Please Tag me though!!!

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL I GET?

I have 5, 15, or 35+ image packages to choose from

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY WE SCHEDULED?

The session fee will get transfered to the new date that works well for us both However, I will keep an eye on the radar and see if we can't just shoot around the rain drops because 9 out of 10 times it's possible if we just wait it out a little bit Plus rain can be a blessing in disguise, it really makes colors pop and interesting reflections come out

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR SESSIONS?

I love to travel! It's fantastic to shoot in new locations, whether it's in the tropical country, in the big city, or even further including international destinations For your information, I do ask that you cover my travel expenses which is 15$ per every 30 miles I have to travel

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

I use professional digital mirrorless cameras and lenses from Canon I always carry a backup camera and lenses as well as extra memory cards, flashes, batteries, etc My gear is regularly maintained and updated all to ensure you receive stunning photographs

HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO BOOK AHEAD?

Some dates and months are more popular than others, so it's best to book as far ahead as you can to avoid disappointment

HOW DO WE RESERVE AND PAY FOR A SESSION?

A 20% deposit from the session fee paid via email invoice is required in order to get your date on the calendar On or before the date of the shoot the remaining balance from the session fee is due Once the images are edited and sent off to you, you can then decide which package you would like to purchase Payment plans are available

WHAT SHOULD WE NOT DO WITH OUR IMAGES?

I include this section because if you don't deal with digital images regularly, how would you know? I in no way fault anyone for not knowing what you should and shouldn't do with a photographer's work, but I think it's good for photographers to educate their clients on the world of digital etiquette

• Don't take a picture aka screenshot of a picture with your phone and post it It totally loses the quality and color of the image we photographers worked so hard to create Not to mention it's copyright infringement if the image hasn't been purchased

• Don't put a filter on your images My images have been hand color manipulated and edited, and adding a filter destroys the quality and the artistry of the images

• When posting a photo as your profile picture hit "Skip cropping " It will look completely pixelated and awful if it's cropped to a smaller size than it was meant to be

Our shoot was so much fun! Taylor was so sweet and down for any idea, pose, or location.

There was never a dull or awkward moment and all the laughs in the pictures were real because it was so fun! We had such a great experience!!!
