Bois d’Arc Lake Watershed Protection Plan Meeting By Rose Schwartz Wednesday, September 8, 2021, Watershed Manager David Cowan, of the North Texas Municipal Water District, opened the meeting by taking a roll call of the Committee members in attendance to establish Quorum. Noting that most of the members were attending the meeting either in person or on Zoom, he began the meeting by instructing those online or on the phone; how to have their comments shared with the entire group. He gave a brief rundown of what would be covered in the third meeting of the Bois d’Arc Lake WPP (Watershed Protection Plan.) Noting that the plan would consist of eight chapters that would need to be approved by the Committee before it could come into existence, he went over the corrections made to chapter 3 and asked for comments on the changes LD 2018 Impala SOChevy 2017 Ford Escape LD 2017 MKC SOLincoln 2016 Toyota Camry LD Cherokee 2015 SOJeep 2015 Ford F-250 2015 Honda Accord 2015 Ford Explorer 2015 Ford Fiesta 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan 2014 Hyundai Sonata 2013 Buick LaCrosse LD 2013 Equinox SOChevy 2013 Hyundai Elantra 2013 Ford Escape 2013 Ford Fusion 2013 Nissan Altima 2013 Ford Focus 2012 Altima LD SONissan 2012 Buick LaCrosse LD 2012 200 SOChrysler 2012 Chevy Equinox 2012 Chevy Malibu 2012 Ford Fusion 2012 Cruze LD SOChevy 2012 VW Routan 2012 Ford Focus 2011 Chevy Impala

made to the maps. He reiterated how the ultimate goal of these meetings was to complete the eight chapters of the plan, and after having the content reviewed and approved by the Committee; submit the completed WPP to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) for their approval. Which, he explained after a completed plan is submitted for acceptance and approval by the EPA; it would open the door to get grant funds for the projects identified by the Committee. After obtaining approval from the committee of the changes and corrections made to chapter 3, David asked Stephanie deVilleneuve with the Texas Water Resources Institute to present the review of Chapter 4; Updated Causes and Sources of Pollution. Stephanie went over which calculation formula would be used to determine the most accurate estimated number 2011 Chevy Malibu 2011 Chevy Equinox 2011 Chevy Traverse 2011 Chevy HHR 2011 Toyota Tundra 2011 Ford F-150 D 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 SOL 2010 Chevy Malibu 2010 Chevy Cobalt 2010 Chevy Equinox 2010 Honda Accord 2010 Ford Focus 2010 Ford Fusion 2010 Mitsubishi Galant 2009 Chevy Colorado 2009 Chevy Silverado 2009 Toyota Sienna 2009 Ford Focus 2009 Dodge Avenger 2009 Dodge Caliber 2009 Nissan Versa 2009 Ford F-350 FlatBed D 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 SOL 2008 VW Passat 2008 Dodge Caliber 2008 Ford Escape 2008 Nissan Altima 2008 Chevy HHR

of cattle, feral hogs, and deer existing in the watershed. When asking for feedback, questions and comments were made by a new presence in the group. Mr. Cowan then paused Stephanie’s presentation to introduce, the newest member to the steering committee, Dr. Johanna Delgado Acevedo of A&M Commerce to represent academic interests. He also took the time to introduce Regan White, a wildlife biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife who covers Fannin as well as other counties, is based out of Powderly, Tx, and will be serving as a technical advisor to the committee. After introducing the two new faces, a motion was made, seconded, and passed to accept the two additions to the steering committee. Allen Berthold, also with the Texas Water Resources Institute, entered the discussion to help explain the importance of determining the 2008 Jeep Patriot 2007 Dodge Caliber D Explorer 2007 Ford SOL 2007 Nissan Pathfinder D Spectra 2007 Kia SOL 2006 Ford Explorer D 2006 Hyundai Tucson SOL 2006 Honda Accord 2006 Nissan Murano 2006 Ford F-150 2006 Ford F-250 GAS D F-250 2006 Ford SOL 2006 Hyundai Tucson D Taurus 2005 Ford SOL 2005 Jeep Rubicon 2004 Nissan Maxima 2004 Ford F-350 2004 Ford F-150 2004 Ford Expedition D 2002 Dodge Ram SOL 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 D 2001 Dodge 2500 SOL D F-150 2001 Ford SOL 2000 Ford Windstar 1993 GMC 1500 1958 Chevy Viking
