A motion to extend the Fannin County Declaration of Disaster Proclamation for Covid-19 one week passed. 7 A motion to extend the Covid-19 Response and Continuity of Operations Plan for Fannin County one week passed. Commissioner Self commented he was having trouble accessing the DSHS Count by County map, and Judge Moore said he will bring up the issue in a meeting with DSHS later that day. 8 NTMWD Reservoir Project Manager Steve Long gave a presentation and update of the Bois d’ Arc Lake construction. He had a good report for the dam but noted that construction is still affected by the rainy season. He anticipates a late August opening of the FM 897 bridge. Lake Operations Center has had exterior sheeting and roof installed, with the interior framed. He gave updates on many of the smaller bridges as well and showed maps of the raw water pipeline route, which is now 60% installed. Judge Moore asked if NTMWD will do a maintenance follow-up after project completion and heavy rainfalls to verify everything works as planned, and Mr. Long agreed there will be inspections. Judge Moore announced there would be a workshop on Thursday, August 6, to discuss Shoreline Management. Continued See Commissioners on page 8
