tend the Disaster Proclamation for one week. 7 Discussion, consideration and action regarding the Covid-19 Response and Continuity of Operations Plan for Fannin County – The Court voted to make no changes and extend the Plan for one week. 8 Discussion and update regarding Courthouse Restoration – Judge Moore read a list of items being worked on currently including: exterior completed chimney veneers except for cap on the south, installing veneers for windows and building corners on the south, electrical underground. On the interior; the basement HVAC rough in mechanical piping and electrical rough in is complete. On the first level blocking on walls for millwork, patching mortar on stone walls, electrical wall and ceiling rough in. On the second level, rough plumbing for restrooms, remove and install a new wood floor joists in offices where needed. There was no other discussion. 9 Discussion regarding EMS reports for October 2020 – Bonham Fire Chief Scott Ridling said they are averaging two calls every day in Leonard. The first Oversight Meeting was held and that went well. When asked about the EMS drivers using the new road and bridge over Bois d’Arc Lake, FM 897, Chief Ridling said they have used it some and seem to be using it more often.
