State laws prohibits the City Council from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted City Council Agenda.): A citizen of Bonham spoke to raise a concern of people parking vehicles on sidewalks and the negligence of the City to do anything about a property on Maple and 10th that is unsightly and fostering a health hazard of rodents residing among the debris. Another citizen of Bonham spoke to protest the implementation of the creation of one-way street traffic noted in Item 7 on the meeting’s agenda. 4. Consider and take action to ratify and accept the fiscal year 2020-2021 BEDCo operating budget as approved by the Bonham Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors: City Manager Sean Pate touched on a few highlights in the absence of BEDCo’s representative Steve Filipowicz. He noted how their budget unanimously passed at their previous meeting; commended them on their commitment to the city with their covering a third of the cost of the new website design for the city; commented on the money they are putting into the Event Center and Tongrun International and their continued support of the City’s marketing department through the visitor’s center.
