A. Health & Wellness:

• Bumblr Bikes: 20% discount on annual passes available through MCW.

• MCW Fitness Reimbursement Program: Employees will be reimbursed up to $300/year. See Fitness Reimbursement Policy or Fitness Reimbursement form for more information.

• Lifetime Fitness: MCW is a founding Corporate Partner with Lifetime Fitness in Brookfield. B. Spas & Treatments:

• Azana Salon & Spa: All MCW employees receive 10% off any service at Azana Salon & Spa

• LASIK: The Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences is offering a discount program for elective LASIK procedures performed by third-year residents and overseen by Milwaukee’s most experienced LASIK surgeons. This offer is available to MCW employees and their immediate family members. Client would be responsible for the initial consultation fee and the facility charges at the TLC Laser Center; the professional fees for the resident surgeon would be waived. • Plastic Surgery: MCW employees may be eligible to receive a 15% discount off their surgeon fees or 50% off resident fees, for an elective cosmetic surgical procedure performed by MCW Department of Plastic Surgery. The discount does not apply to any other fees associated with the procedure. For example: anesthesiology or facility fees. This discount is not available to family members. • Lakeland University Partnership: MCW employees, and employee’s spouse and children, will receive the following benefits: o 20% discount from the published tuition rate for undergraduate courses at Lakeland’s seven Wisconsin centers o 10% discount from the published tuition rate for graduate courses at Lakeland’s seven Wisconsin centers (Specific programs, courses or fees are excluded from MCW corporate partnership discounts)

• Mount Mary University: Mount Mary provides a tuition discount of 5% for full-time MCW employees which amounts to approximately $75 savings for each class totaling close to $1000 of savings during the 36credit program!
