Application Step 1. Unfasten all Velcro straps and apply seated with the knee bent. Pull on the KO Undersleeve provided with support. Pull on the support over the undersleeve and position the patella pad on the kneecap, and align the hinges with the center of the knee joint. Step 2. Fasten the calf strap first (this strap prevents slipping) and then the top strap. Step 3. Fasten the popliteal strap. If slipping occurs, check that the calf strap is above the largest part of the calf muscle and tightened securely.
Wearing Instructions Ensure the knee area is clean and dry before applying the support. Wear the KO Undersleeve provided for added comfort and support and better fit. For general support, the wrap can be worn throughout daily activities but remove it during sleep. When using the gel pad, leave it on the knee for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. This duration helps to reduce swelling and alleviate pain effectively. If needed, you can repeat the process after a break of at least 30 minutes. X-ORTHO products are exclusive to TLC DME.
