Application Step 1. In order, unhook the forefoot strap, the mid-foot strap and the mid-shin strap. Velcro each strap onto itself and swivel each of them out of position. Step 2. Remove the front interior shield and open the softgood. Ensure it’s fitted all the way to the rear of the boot. Step 3. Have the patient step in and show that their heel is to the back of the softgood and boot. Step 4. Replace the softgood fit comfortably & replace the interior shield. Step 5. Refit each of the straps starting with the forefoot, then the mid-foot, then the mid-shin and finally the top shin strap. Step 6. Now, press the low-force bulb until the desired compression is achieved. If you over compressed, deflate and repeat. Adjustment: Calf-adjustment is available should you need for any additional girth. Once all straps have been applied, adjust the tension as necessary for a secure fit.
Wearing Instructions Ensure the foot and ankle area are clean and dry before putting on the boot. Pull on the AFO Undersleeve sock provided with the boot and secure the boot as described in the application instructions. Wear the boot as directed by your healthcare provider, typically for most of the day or as needed for support during recovery. Application Step 1. Start with the brace opened flat, with the interior facing upwards. Step 2. Remove and then refit the wings on the right and left sides, conforming to the patient’s waist size, indicated by #1 (Small) through #7 (Quadruple XL). Step 3. Apply the LSO at the midpoint of the lower back, ensuring central alignment. Place the left panel over the abdomen at the belly button, the right panel goes over top of the left. Adjust accordingly. Step 4. Grasp the two pull-tabs, then adjust tension until the desired level of compression is attained.
Wearing Instructions An LSO is designed to support your back and limit motion in your trunk, which will help to reduce spasms and alleviate pain. It is recommended to wear an LSO for 2 hours then remove for up to 30 minutes and repeat as needed. The Back Support should be worn intermittently with a limit of 6 hours in any 24-hour period unless otherwise directed by your Medical Provider. It is recommended to be worn over a shirt to avoid skin irritation. Do not wear it while bathing or showering. When using the gel pad, leave the gel pad on the back for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. This duration helps to reduce swelling and alleviate pain effectively. If needed, you can repeat the process after a break of at least 30 minutes. Application Step 1. Unfasten all Velcro straps and apply seated with the knee bent. Pull on the KO Undersleeve provided with support. Pull on the support over the undersleeve and position the patella pad on the kneecap, and align the hinges with the center of the knee joint. Step 2. Fasten the calf strap first (this strap prevents slipping) and then the top strap. Step 3. Fasten the popliteal strap. If slipping occurs, check that the calf strap is above the largest part of the calf muscle and tightened securely.
Wearing Instructions Ensure the knee area is clean and dry before applying the support. Wear the KO Undersleeve provided for added comfort and support and better fit. For general support, the wrap can be worn throughout daily activities but remove it during sleep. When using the gel pad, leave it on the knee for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Application Step 1. Insert the hand and wrist into the WHO Undersleeve and position up the forearm Step 2. Loosen the straps and position hand between the interior of the orthosis and underneath the stockinette lining. Step 3. Ensure palmer stay (metal stay that supports the palm) is situated below middle crease on palm so there is full functionality of the fingers. Step 4. Adjust radial stay (metal component on top forearm) by lifting off support and pulling away from body to tighten support. Stay should be centered on middle of forearm. Secure strap between thumb and forefinger. Step 5. Adjust all straps as needed for the most comfortable fit.

Application Step 1. Loosen all laces and unfasten straps. Step 2. Place foot fully into support with the tongue on top of foot and heel fully inserted. Step 3. Pull the EZ-Fit tabs to secure the desired compression. Step 4. Cross the side tab over the top of the foot and under the bottom to the side. Attach the side tabs to the hook and loop tab on each side. Step 5. Wrap the elastic strap securely around the top of the brace.
Wearing Instructions The Orthosis should be worn with supportive footwear to optimize patient compliance and comfort. If possible, choose shoes with a wider toe box and adequate cushioning. Ensure that your foot and ankle are clean and dry before putting on the brace to prevent skin irritation. Wear the brace as recommended by your healthcare provider. Application Step 1. Unfasten all straps. Step 2. Determine the length of the Posterior Stay. The devise is pre-set to 20”. To adjust the length and cuff positioning, push down on the blue button of the Femoral Cuff to unlock and slide to the desired position. Step 3. Adjust the Tibial Cuff in the same way. Place the Tibia Cuff at or above the calf muscle. Step 4. With the leg in full extension, center the knee between the Cuffs and align the Posterior Stay along the midline of the leg. Ensure that the Popliteal Pad is centered behind the knee. Step 5. The brace can be applied over a bare leg. If it is placed over clothing, ensure that the underlying clothing is pulled taut and not wrinkled. Step 6. Secure all four straps in order from bottom to top. Ensure that the middle adjustable straps are not positioned directly over the kneecap area; at least 2” away from the kneecap.
Wearing Instructions Make sure that the skin is dry and clean before each use. The brace should be used directly on intact skin and never over an open wound. Brace should only be worn as recommended and as instructed by a healthcare professional, including the duration of time to be applied. Application Step 1. Place injured arm in sling and place thumb in thumb holder. Step 2. Place strap around neck and secure through buckle and adjust for proper height and comfort. Step 3. Place waist strap around waist and feed strap through O-ring and attached hook and loop closure.
Wearing Instructions Make sure that the skin is dry and clean before each use. Take off any jewelry or accessories that may interfere with the fit of the sling. The sling should feel secure without causing pain or excessive tightness. You should be able to move your fingers and feel normal circulation. Wear the sling as advised by your healthcare provider. This may vary based on your injury or recovery plan.
