A Place to Own

If you are interested in becoming a homeowner, and owning part of Kolašin Valleys’ future, below is the current purchasing process:

Reserve.

Make a deposit of €10,000 or €20,000 (based on unit price or payment terms) and sign a Reservation Agreement. Once signed, the residence is reserved in your name and you will receive a Preliminary Sale & Purchase Agreement, along with information on the rental pool, maintenance and management agreement, and unit layout.

Sign the Preliminary Sale & Purchase Agreement.

Within 30 days of the reservation, sign the Preliminary Sale & Purchase Agreement in English and/or Montenegrin. The reservation deposit is either credited towards the first installment or refunded, as per the Reservation Agreement. The agreement is notarized.

Handover.

After the completion of Hotel Categorization, the unit is handed over to you. At this stage, you will sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement, Rental Pool Agreement, and Maintenance and Management Agreement.
