Carlson Bay is an apartment complex located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This project focused on the restoration and improvement of the complex's facilities, incluiding new spaces and recreational areas. Additionally, the building facades and interiors have been renovated to give them a refreshed look, providing a modern and cozy environment for residents.

Exteriors

As part of this proposal, interventions were made in multiple areas, including the apartment units, clubhouse, pool area, dog park, entrance sign, playground, and recreational area.

Interiors

A comprehensive interior remodeling was carried out, implementing a modern design that incorporated exclusive finishes to provide the complex with a luxurious ambiance. Interior interventions were executed in the apartment units and, office areas, gym, laundry area and clubhouse.

Park View 04

Parkview Towers is a residential complex located in Camden County. This exclusive complex offers a wide variety of rental options, ranging from studios to spacious apartments. The main focus of this project is centered around the interior remodeling of the office rental areas, as well as the design and enhancement of the living and leisure areas within the complex.
